If you're new here- welcome!! This week's episode comes courtesy of a talk I did for students at Grizzell Middle School in Dublin, Ohio, earlier this week.

I was asked to talk about my story- in athletics, faith, and in starting a business.

I decided to take a few of the youngins through the Tim Ferriss "fearsetting" exercise... and I encourage you to do the same as you listen!!

This one was pretty special for me. I was really nervous but Im also really proud of being able to speak in front of 40+ kids and adults.
