MMG Studio builds conversion-focused websites and marketing systems for mid-market B2B and healthcare companies. We don't sell pretty. We build sites that support sales, reduce risk, and hold up under executive scrutiny.
We move fast, stay lean, and expect the same from the people we work with.
The Role
We're looking for a Webflow Developer who can own the build-to-launch pipeline across our client projects. This isn't a "drag and drop" role. You'll be responsible for translating design files into production-ready Webflow builds that are fast, accessible, and built to scale — including CMS architecture, custom interactions, and clean code that holds up under scrutiny.
You'll work directly with leadership. No layers. No committees. That means your builds need to be sharp, your communication needs to be clear, and your instincts need to be grounded in how real users move through real websites.
What You'll Do
- Build responsive, production-ready websites in Webflow from Figma or design mockups, pixel-accurate and on schedule
- Architect and implement CMS collections, reference fields, and dynamic content structures that are easy for clients to manage long-term
- Write and integrate custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when Webflow's native capabilities need to be extended
- Build and maintain interactions, animations, and scroll-based behaviors that serve the user experience without slowing the page
- Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals across all builds. Performance is not an afterthought.
- Implement schema markup, meta structures, and on-page SEO foundations in collaboration with our SEO team
- Set up Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking within Webflow builds
- Integrate AI tools into your development workflow. We actively use Claude Code and AI-assisted development, and we expect you to be comfortable working alongside those tools, not threatened by them.
- Conduct QA across browsers and devices before anything ships. Nothing goes live sloppy.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience. This is non-negotiable. We need someone who thinks in Webflow, not someone who's "interested in learning it."
Tool stack requirements:
- Webflow: deep expertise across layout, CMS, interactions, custom code embeds, and responsive behavior
- Figma: ability to interpret and build from design files accurately and independently
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript: strong enough to extend Webflow when native tools fall short
- Google Tag Manager and GA4: setup and implementation within Webflow projects
- Core Web Vitals and site speed tools: PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or equivalent
- Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows: comfort using AI tools as part of your daily build process
Beyond the tools:
- A systems mindset. You should be able to look at a CMS structure and anticipate how a client will break it in six months, then build to prevent it.
- Strong communication skills. You'll work directly with leadership and occasionally interface with clients. If you can't explain a build decision in plain language, this isn't the right fit.
- Ability to meet deadlines without reminders. We operate in fast-moving client environments where timelines are real and slipping isn't an option.
- Comfort working in regulated, high-stakes industries. Our clients include healthcare and B2B companies where accuracy and professionalism aren't negotiable.
