Vibrix Compounding
HIPAA-Compliant Webflow Build for a Compounding Company

Company Overview
Company Overview
Vibrix Compounding is the custom-formulation arm of the Vibrix healthcare ecosystem, built to serve patients and prescribing providers who need compounded medications and supplements beyond what off-the-shelf pharmacy offers. As a division, it had to carry the credibility Vibrix already earned in retail pharmacy while operating under heavier regulatory scrutiny.
The challenge wasn't launching another site. It was extending a trusted brand into a more regulated category without softening the trust or crossing a compliance line.
Why Timing Mattered
Vibrix was scaling from pharmacy into compounding. That meant a new division, new audiences, and a higher compliance bar, all at once. Compounded formulations are held to tighter standards than retail products, and the language used to describe them is constrained by FDA and state board guardrails.
The launch had to do two things that usually pull against each other. It had to feel modern and human, and it had to stay inside strict compliance lines from day one. Get the first wrong and it reads early-stage. Get the second wrong and it becomes a liability.
The Core Challenge
- Compounding carries heavier regulatory scrutiny than retail pharmacy
- Two distinct audiences, patients and providers, each needing a different path
- The division had to feel unmistakably Vibrix while standing on its own
- Claims around compounded formulations are tightly limited, so benefits had to be communicated without overstating
- A growing catalog of compounded products the internal team needed to manage without a developer
Strategic Goals
- Extend the Vibrix pharmacy brand into compounding without fragmenting trust
- Keep every claim compliant while still reading as clear and human
- Give patients and providers their own clear, separate paths
- Present Vibrix leadership and credentials prominently to establish authority
- Build a CMS the team controls as the product catalog grows
What We Built
- A Compliant-by-Design BuildCompliance wasn't a review step bolted on at the end. It shaped the structure from the start.
- Messaging was written and reviewed against compounding constraints, so the site communicates outcomes without making claims it can't stand behind
- FAQs answer the real questions patients and providers ask, and double as a place to set accurate, compliant expectations
- Credentials, licensing, and disclaimers sit where they reassure rather than clutter
- Clear Paths for Patients and ProvidersTwo audiences, two journeys, no confusion.
- Distinct entry points so each audience lands where it belongs
- Provider-focused resources and a clean prescribing and referral path
- Plain-language explanation of what compounding is and how a patient gets started
- Form routing that sends each inquiry to the right team automatically
- A Scalable Compounding CMSThe catalog grows constantly, so the team needed control without a developer in the loop.
- Staff can publish new compounded supplements as they go live in the store
- Templated product pages keep every new entry on brand and inside the same compliance guardrails
- The system scales with the business instead of bottlenecking it
- Brand Continuity With the Vibrix System
- Inherited the master brand's typography, color, components, and tone
- Featured Vibrix leadership and credentials to carry authority into a new category
- Stands on its own, still unmistakably Vibrix
Closing
Vibrix Compounding didn't just get a website. It got a compliant, on-brand foundation that let a trusted pharmacy brand step into a more regulated category without losing clarity or credibility. The hard part wasn't the design. It was making something modern and human that still holds up under regulatory weight.
