Framer, UX/UI Designer

Looking for a UX/UI Designer to improve user experience across our platforms.

  • Pay: Contract - Hourly

  • Contract: 20 hrs/week

MMG Studio builds conversion-focused websites and marketing systems for mid-market B2B and healthcare companies. We don't sell pretty. We build sites that support sales, reduce risk, and hold up under executive scrutiny. Our clients operate in regulated, high-stakes environments where credibility isn't optional — it's the conversion event.

We move fast, stay lean, and expect the same from the people we work with.

The Role

We're looking for a Framer Designer who can own the design-to-build pipeline across our client projects. This isn't a "make it look nice" role. You'll be responsible for translating strategy into polished, functional designs that ship — primarily in Framer, with occasional work in Webflow.

You'll work directly with leadership. No layers. No committees. That means your work needs to be sharp, your communication needs to be clear, and your instincts need to be grounded in how real users interact with real websites.

What You'll Do

Design and build responsive, production-ready pages and components in Framer. Collaborate on UX strategy, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that solve actual business problems — not just look good in a case study. Support Webflow-based projects when needed, including CMS-driven layouts, rich text styling, and custom embed work. Create vector assets, icons, and illustrations as needed — either natively in Framer or using tools like Figma and Illustrator. Integrate AI tools into your design workflow. We actively use Claude Code and AI-assisted development, and we expect you to be comfortable working alongside those tools — not threatened by them. Maintain a level of detail that holds up at the pixel level. We build for clients whose boards, investors, and legal teams look at these sites. Nothing ships sloppy.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building in Framer. This is non-negotiable. We need someone who thinks in Framer, not someone who's "interested in learning it." Strong working knowledge of Webflow, including layout logic, CMS structure, and responsive behavior. Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development workflows — particularly Claude Code or similar tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should understand how AI fits into a modern build process. Solid vector design skills — icon systems, custom graphics, and visual assets that elevate a page without relying on stock. A portfolio that demonstrates range, restraint, and attention to detail. We're looking for clean, strategic work — not decoration. Strong communication skills. You'll interface with clients and internal leadership directly. If you can't clearly explain your design decisions, this isn't the right fit. Ability to meet deadlines without reminders. We operate in fast-moving client environments where timelines are real and slipping isn't an option.
